Authentication Error

An Authentication error occurs when your username and/or password is incorrect.  Most often this occurs due to a typo when inputting your username and password. Other times you may have accidentally created a typo during the signup process.

To fix the error:

  1. Make sure your VPNinja Username and Password are correctly input into the OpenVPNinja or PPTP connection prompt.
  2. If you have repeated errors - there is most likely a typo in your password upon signup.  You can change your password by logging into your account on http://vpnninja.net.  Alternatively - you can Submit A Request for support and we can reset your password for you.
